It complements the Terms &amp; Conditions and applies to all Sellers.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    RareLister may remove prohibited listings at any time, suspend accounts, or withhold funds.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>1. Illegal, Stolen, or Restricted Goods<\/h2>\n  <p>The following are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Stolen items or items without proof of ownership.<\/li>\n    <li>Items obtained through illegal means.<\/li>\n    <li>Items restricted under EU, US, UN, or international law.<\/li>\n    <li>Goods violating international sanctions (OFAC, EU Sanctions, UN embargoes).<\/li>\n    <li>Items requiring government permits not provided by the Seller.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>2. Counterfeit, Fake, or Fraudulent Items<\/h2>\n  <p>Forbidden categories include:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Counterfeit designer products.<\/li>\n    <li>Fake luxury watches or jewelry.<\/li>\n    <li>Imitation gemstones sold as natural without disclosure.<\/li>\n    <li>Lab-grown diamonds sold as natural without full transparency.<\/li>\n    <li>Natural diamonds advertised as lab-grown.<\/li>\n    <li>Items with falsified certificates (GIA, IGI, HRD, etc.).<\/li>\n    <li>Tampered serial numbers or removed identifiers.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>Sellers must disclose treatments, enhancements, and certification details.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>3. Items Without Proper Certification (When Legally Required)<\/h2>\n  <p>Prohibited:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>High-value gemstones without certifications when required by local law.<\/li>\n    <li>Investment gold requiring purity documentation without providing it.<\/li>\n    <li>Precious metals lacking hallmarks, stamps, or legal identification.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>4. Hazardous, Dangerous, or Restricted Materials<\/h2>\n  <p>Not allowed:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Radioactive or chemical materials.<\/li>\n    <li>Explosives, weapons, ammunition.<\/li>\n    <li>Pyrotechnics or flammable materials.<\/li>\n    <li>Toxic substances (mercury, cyanide, etc.).<\/li>\n    <li>Asbestos or contaminated materials.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>5. Culturally Protected or Looted Items<\/h2>\n  <p>Forbidden categories:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Archaeological artifacts without provenance.<\/li>\n    <li>Looted antiquities.<\/li>\n    <li>Cultural heritage items restricted by UNESCO guidelines.<\/li>\n    <li>Fossils or minerals harvested illegally.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>6. Medical, Biological, or Human-Related Items<\/h2>\n  <p>Not permitted:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Medical equipment requiring licenses.<\/li>\n    <li>Prescription drugs and supplements.<\/li>\n    <li>Human organs, remains, or biological materials.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>7. Watches, Jewelry &amp; Collectibles with Red Flags<\/h2>\n  <p>RareLister prohibits:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Watches with scratched-off, altered, or missing serial numbers.<\/li>\n    <li>Jewelry with unreported repairs or structural weaknesses.<\/li>\n    <li>Items with replaced core components (movement, dial) without disclosure.<\/li>\n    <li>Stones with undisclosed treatments.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>8. Duplicates, Unauthorized Replicas, or Infringing Items<\/h2>\n  <p>Prohibited:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Replicas of branded goods.<\/li>\n    <li>Items violating intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n    <li>Images, descriptions, or text copied from other marketplaces.<\/li>\n    <li>Unauthorized reproductions of artwork.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>9. Dangerous or Defective Consumer Goods<\/h2>\n  <p>Items posing health or safety risks cannot be sold:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Recalled goods.<\/li>\n    <li>Damaged electronics.<\/li>\n    <li>Items missing critical components.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>10. Other Prohibited Categories<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Items promoting violence or hate.<\/li>\n    <li>Adult content.<\/li>\n    <li>Gambling devices.<\/li>\n    <li>Any item RareLister deems unsafe or inappropriate.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>RareLister reserves full discretion to expand or modify this policy.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>11. Penalties for Violations<\/h2>\n  <p>Violations may result in:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Listing removal.<\/li>\n    <li>Account suspension or permanent ban.<\/li>\n    <li>Fund withholding during investigations.<\/li>\n    <li>Reporting to law enforcement when applicable.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>12.
