It does not replace the full Terms &amp; Conditions. In case of conflict, the Terms &amp; Conditions prevail.<\/p><h2>1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2><p>By using RareLister you confirm that:<\/p><ul><li>You are at least 18 years old.<\/li><li>You accept the Terms &amp; Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.<\/li><li>You agree to follow all platform rules.<\/li><\/ul><h2>2. General Responsibilities of All Users<\/h2><p>Users must:<\/p><ul><li>Provide accurate account details.<\/li><li>Complete identity verification if requested.<\/li><li>Keep accounts secure.<\/li><li>Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.<\/li><li>Not harass, abuse, or threaten others.<\/li><li>Not engage in shill bidding, manipulation, or fraud.<\/li><li>Not attempt to bypass or circumvent the platform.<\/li><\/ul><p>RareLister may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.<\/p><h2>3. Photo, Video &amp; Description Rules (Simplified)<\/h2><p>For transparency and fraud prevention:<\/p><h3>Required by Sellers:<\/h3><ul><li>Photos must show the real item, accurately and honestly.<\/li><li>Colors must be as close to reality as possible.<\/li><li>Minor variations may occur due to screen\/device settings.<\/li><li>All defects must be photographed and described.<\/li><li>Hallmarks, stamps, serial numbers, and certificates must be shown.<\/li><li>No editing that changes the real appearance (color changes, hiding defects, altering shape).<\/li><\/ul><h3>Required Videos:<\/h3><ul><li>Sellers: full packaging video.<\/li><li>Buyers: unboxing video.<\/li><\/ul><p>Both videos must be continuous and unedited.<\/p><h2>4. Bidding Rules for Buyers<\/h2><ul><li>All bids are final and binding.<\/li><li>If you win, you must pay within 72 hours.<\/li><li>You must record an unboxing video upon delivery.<\/li><li>You have 3 business days to report issues.<\/li><li>You must pay all VAT, customs duties, and import taxes.<\/li><\/ul><p>If no dispute is filed within 3 business days, the payment is released to the Seller.<\/p><h2>5. Listing Rules for Sellers<\/h2><p>Sellers must:<\/p><ul><li>Describe items honestly and accurately.<\/li><li>Use real photos meeting RareLister standards.<\/li><li>Provide certificate numbers, stamps, and measurements.<\/li><li>Record a complete packaging video.<\/li><li>Ship within 5 business days.<\/li><li>Provide tracking.<\/li><\/ul><p>Failure may result in dispute loss, withheld funds, or suspension.<\/p><h2>6. Payments &amp; Fund Release<\/h2><p>RareLister holds payments securely until:<\/p><ul><li>Buyer confirms delivery, or<\/li><li>The 3-day inspection period ends.<\/li><\/ul><p>RareLister may freeze funds if fraud is suspected.<\/p><h2>7. Disputes<\/h2><p>To file a dispute, the Buyer must provide:<\/p><ul><li>Full unboxing video.<\/li><li>Photos of the issue.<\/li><\/ul><p>RareLister will review:<\/p><ul><li>Seller packaging video,<\/li><li>Buyer unboxing video,<\/li><li>Listing details.<\/li><\/ul><p>RareLister\u2019s decision is final.<\/p><h2>8. Prohibited Items<\/h2><p>Users may not list:<\/p><ul><li>Illegal or stolen goods.<\/li><li>Counterfeit items.<\/li><li>Items violating intellectual property.<\/li><li>Items banned under EU, US, or international law.<\/li><\/ul><p>Full details are available in the Prohibited Items Policy.<\/p><h2>9. Anti-Circumvention<\/h2><p>Users may not attempt to complete any RareLister-originated transaction outside the platform. Violations may result in permanent bans.<\/p><h2>10. Account Security &amp; Fraud Prevention<\/h2><p>RareLister may:<\/p><ul><li>Require ID or proof of address.<\/li><li>Freeze funds during investigations.<\/li><li>Deny suspicious transactions.<\/li><li>Suspend or terminate accounts related to fraud.<\/li><\/ul><h2>11. Privacy &amp; Data Use<\/h2><p>Personal data is processed according to GDPR and RareLister\u2019s Privacy Policy. Users may request data access, correction, or deletion.<\/p><h2>12. Legal Framework<\/h2><p>By using RareLister, Users agree that:<\/p><ul><li>Estonian and EU law apply.<\/li><li>Disputes fall under Estonian jurisdiction.<\/li><\/ul><h2>13.
