Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

Here are answers to some of the most common questions our clients ask.

1. How do I place a bid?

To place a bid, simply register an account, navigate to the item’s auction page, and enter your bid amount in the bidding box. Make sure your bid meets or exceeds the minimum bid increment.

2. What happens if I win an auction?

If you win, you’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details. You must complete payment within the specified time frame (usually 24–48 hours). Once payment is confirmed, the seller will ship your item.

3. Can I cancel or withdraw a bid?

In most cases, bids are legally binding and cannot be withdrawn. However, if you placed a bid by mistake, you should contact customer support immediately to see if it can be resolved.

4. Are there any fees for bidding?

Bidding is usually free, but some auctions may include a buyer’s premium (a small percentage added to the final winning price). Be sure to review the auction terms before placing a bid.

5. How do I know if an item is authentic?

We work with trusted sellers and require them to provide detailed descriptions and images. For high-value items, third-party authentication may be included. Always review seller ratings and product details before bidding.
