3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item to help us process your request quickly.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. SmartyToys is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (per the guidelines above) and place a new order.
